Shipping -
We ship via UPS in order to ensure that your purchase will arrive in the quickest and safest manner possible. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days, during regular conditions, so long as the purchased product is on hand. We will promptly report any anticipated delays, and will give you the option of a full refund. Your shipping times with UPS will vary depending on the shipping options that you select.
Returns -
All products may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a handling fee of 15%.
This handling fee will be waved if we determine that the product is defective.
To return a product, select "Account" in the upper-right hand corner of the page, find the relevant order, click on the blue "View" button next to it, select the grey "Return" button, and fill out the relevant information. You will be assigned an RMA number, which you can use to check the status of your return through the "RMA Tracking" button on the lower-right hand corner of the page. Please view the "Conditions" for warranty information. |
